Refund / Shipping Policy

Payment

Payment must be received at the time of placing the order. If the order is a custom order where you are invoiced for the amount due, payment must be received before the product will be produced and shipped. If payment is not received within 5 days of invoicing the order will be canceled.

We accept credit cards only for payments. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover as valid credit card payment methods.

Shipping

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority/Insured mail with delivery confirmation.  Shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstance.  International Shipping Information is available upon request.

Returns

Returns will be accepted only if the return is sent within three days of the delivery confirmation date.  A full refund of the purchase price, excluding the shipping, will be made promptly upon receiving the merchandise in the same condition in which it was shipped.  There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping.  In that case, you must file a claim with the shipping carrier. Orders that are paid for with a credit card and returned will be assessed a $3.00 processing fee.  All packages are to be fully insured.  You must notify us of any return so that we will be expecting your package. Send any return notices to info@trevorclarkphoto.com.   Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge will be refused.  We do not refund shipping costs or credit card fees.  They will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.
